How to use Google Meet
1. Open https://meet.google.com or install it from Google Playstore
2. Click Start new meeting, or enter your meeting code (meeting code will be provided by the host or the last 3 texts connected with a hyphen)
3. Choose the Google account you want to use.
4. Click Join Meeting. You'll have the ability to add others to your meeting, too.
5. How to mute and unmute your mic and video on the screen:
5.1 Tab/click on your mobile phone screen, you will see 3 symbols - mic, phone & video signs.
5.2 To mute your mic, click on the mic sign and to unmute, click on it again. Do the same for the Video sign.
6. To make a presentation, click on the Present Screen on Mobilephone and Present on a laptop.
7. Then click on the Present Now button and open your presentation and start presenting, do not forget to unmute your mic.
Note:
1. During a meeting or training, if you are not speaking, it's good to mute the mic as well as the video, it gives clear audio of the speaker.
2. When you are to speak, unmute the mic and speak.
